KHARTOUM, SUDAN



The Indian Government purchased a large house in Khartoum and commissioned Triad to convert it into a Chancery and flats. The brief called for the inclusion of an outdoor theatre and projection of the Indian culture. Triad devised an elevational treatment based on traditional Hindu forms, and co-ordinated the purchase of materials and artwork from India.
