KENYA Design and Construction of 30 Dispensaries  This project was the pilot project of a Major rural health project funded by the World Bank and other agencies. Triad developed three standard designs for use in the programme which called for the construction of over two hundred dispensaries. Triad also prepared the bid documents for the construction of new dispensaries and up-grading of existing dispensaries on 30 sites, called tender bids from contractors for a series of contracts, and supervised the construction. The dispensary sites were located through out the Republic and called for the planned deployment of staff to ensure effective supervision and contract management.
