Nairobi Hospital Master Plan
NAIROBI, KENYA

Triad Architects undertook the master-planning of Nairobi Hospital's 30-acre site to establish an expansion and re-organisation strategy. The commission involved the production of a brief, including dialogue with senior staff, understanding of the expansion requiements, detailed survey of the whole hospital building stock, preparation of strategies for development, prioritising of development projects and a land use strategy plan.

Master-planning is a continuing process requiring review and revision during the life of theproject. Different projects are developed within the framework of the master plan which will be professionally amended to respond to changing circumstances.
