Times Tower

This 35 level building comprises an office tower, a banking hall and a multi-storey carpark.

The banking wing is a four-storey block with the offices and banking hall designed around a central atrium space. The carpark to the rear accommodates 350 cars and has direct access into the main building. The office tower has been designed with a central lift core. The typical office floor area is 730 square metres. The curtain wall details to the tower have been designed to minimise solar heat gain.
