Maki Apartments

Maki Apartments consist of fourty high class apartments located off Ngong Road about four kilometres from the Nairobi city centre. The apartments vary in size and configuration to cater for different demands by the clientele market. They include two bed duplex units, two types of three bed duplex units, a two bed flat and three bed flat units.

All the units face an attractive landscaped courtyard that has a swimming pool and club house with a gym, sauna and steam bath facilities. Covered parking is provided in tow level parking per residence.

Triad Architects designed and supervised the construction of the development and keeping to programme and budget of Ksh. 60,000,000 in 1994.
