Communications Commission of Kenya

CCK is the headquarters building in Nairobi for the Communications Commission of Kenya and is the centre for telecommunication governance in Kenya.

The development is four storeys with a total space of 7,000 square metres, set in a well landscaped garden with a natural lake, modern state of the art design with provision of internet and conferencing facility. Adequate staff dining facilities and recreational facilities are provided for.

The building is environmentally friendly, maximising natural cross-ventilation, with
adequate natural lighting.

A strong purpose-designed telecommunication mast dominates the entrance, giving
identity and stature.

The project was completed and handedover in April 2004.
