The unique challenge in this concept was the creation of an interior that fosters comfort as well as warmth in an environment meant for serious financial dealings. The finishes selected were therefore more retail in nature, drawing away from the cold and impersonal finishes that are common to commercial interiors.

Triad opted for the use of high grade carpets in warm accents and curvilinear patterns that are a symbol of welcoming one into the interior. The resulting area has a larger interior space for the banking/meeting area, a
new cashiers cubicle, a lounge area and compact staff
area and redesigned toilets to create more room for banking and yet serve the needs of the existing staff.
