Triad has been commissioned to design the new offices for JICA on two separate floors. The design was to take minimalist approach with modern technology incorporated and built into the interior design of the office.

The design was mainly functional and the concept of multi-functional spaces was introduced and developed
to create spaces that are one of the first of their kind in Kenya.

The projects involved working with high level security issues and state of the art technology, which was challenging and moved interior design to a new level
