Bruce House

Bruce House was built in 1971.
Triad Architects were selected as the architects for the rehabilitation of Bruce
House through a public competition. The building comprises of a 13-storey
office block with two levels of shops and two parking levels.
Both parking levels are well lit and equipped with heat detectors and automatic fire sprinkler systems. Each floor is also equipped with smoke detectors and fire
fighting equipment and the main stairs and fire escape stairs are ideally located for
quick evacuation.
The rehabilitation works involve enhancing the overall aesthetics of the building
and improving the electrical, mechanical and plumbing and drainage services so
that the building is user friendly, with improved circulation and control in terms of
security and management, with a view to attracting tenants to the building where
the most attractive selling point is two levels of parking for 300 cars in the heart of
the city.
