Inyange juice and milk processing factory
KIGALI, RWANDA

This was a project by Inyange Juice and Milk Processing Company based in Kigali, Rwanda.

They were relocating their production process to a new site with the purpose of setting up a larger and more modernized plant to improve their capacity, quality and range of their products.

Triad Architects were appointed as the project supervisors in charge of coordinating information between the design engineers
and building contractors. We also for a short while acted as the Project Managers when the Project Manager resigned and new one had to be appointed. Triad had to ensure adequacy
of information to all sub-contractors and specialist suppliers while under tight deadlines. Quality of construction and services installed had to be of the highest standards in keeping with noble objectives of the project.

We ensured a high level of coordination between the equipment suppliers and contractors to synchronize installation needs as per overall program set by the client and Project Managers. The project commenced in January 2007 and was completed June 2008.
