Mae Ridge Housing Development - Runda Nairobi
Construction of the Mae Ridge Housing Development is in progress.
Pan Africa Insurance Holdings Ltd, which is listed on the Nairobi Stock Exchange developed this exclusive
housing project in Runda, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Mae Properties Ltd.
The development has an excellent location just past the new Lord Errol bridge, a short distance from the
United Nations Headquarters, the US Embassy and the Village Market Shopping Mall.
Mae Ridge has a gentle south westerly slope which is the perfect aspect for housing at the Equator. The
topography has allowed the architects to site the houses for maximum privacy. This new residential area
has its own special and exclusive identity.
